This is a prototype. It is a predesigned, kit house, that could be prepared, delivered, and built quickly on site. An “Ikea House” if you will. Location would be where ever your heart desires - whether on the side of a mountain, the shores of the sea, or in your own back yard. It is a good demonstration of the architectural aesthetic that Dave creates when designing in a vacuum and also demonstrates an efficient floor plan that lives larger than its square footage suggests. This is a one bedroom, 650 s.f. model, but it can be adapted to be larger or smaller, to fit a slope, add a loft, etc. We will have plans for sale soon…
