With their main house way up the hillside, above the waterfront, the owners wanted a place to come spend time by the water and entertain family and friends during the days and evenings without having to pack the entire kitchen down and back up the hill each time. We designed a very simple structure, with an interior kitchen that opens completely out to the covered outdoor living / dining space. There’s also an outside area for grilling, an outdoor shower, and an interior bathroom, and that’s it, as the stunning setting is the main event.
