1. Deposits
The 50% deposit reserves time in our schedule. If you cancel before any concept work has been presented, we refund the deposit minus a $150 administration fee.
2. After concepts are presented
If you cancel after initial concepts are delivered, the deposit is non-refundable, and you receive the work completed to date.
3. Satisfaction
If, after the included revision rounds, we are unable to deliver a direction you are happy with, we will discuss a partial refund in good faith.
4. Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, fonts, stock photos, plugins and printing purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
5. Care plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days notice. Payments already made are not refunded.
6. How to request
Email info@dlkdesign.com with your project name. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
