3. Quotes and payment
Prices on this website are starting prices in U.S. dollars and may change. Projects typically require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before final files are delivered or a site is launched.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics and the DLK Design logo, belongs to DLK Design. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as defined in their project agreement. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and confirming they hold rights to any materials they supply.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
- Do not copy or republish site content without permission.
